WHY I FINALLY RELEASED THIS

I took my time releasing my dispute strategy for a reason.

I didn't want to create another course that handed people a stack of dispute templates without teaching them what they were actually doing.

A letter is only one part of the process. What matters is understanding why you're sending it, what you're looking for in the response, what law applies to the facts in front of you, and what your next move should be.

That's what I built this course around.

I'm teaching you how I think through the dispute process, not just what I type in a letter.

THE DIFFERENCE

Random dispute letters are not a dispute strategy.

The process starts with understanding what is actually happening with the account and allowing those facts to determine what comes next.

01

Start With the Facts

Look at what is actually happening with the account before deciding which consumer law belongs in the dispute.

02

Match the Law

Understand why different stages of the process call for different FDCPA and FCRA provisions.

03

Build the Paper Trail

Each round builds on what already happened so the dispute becomes more documented as the process continues.

MY DISPUTE PROCESS

The strategy changes as the dispute progresses.

We don't stay in the same place sending the same dispute over and over. The process moves through each stage based on what has already happened.

Stage 01

Prepare the File

Start by addressing the information that affects how the collection is being associated and reported.

Stage 02

Debt Collector Disputes

Work through the third-party debt collector side of the dispute process while documenting what happens.

Stage 03

Credit Bureau Disputes

Shift to the credit bureaus when unresolved reporting remains and the strategy moves into the FCRA.

Stage 04

Escalate the Evidence

Build on the documentation already created instead of restarting the dispute from the beginning.

INSIDE THE COURSE

Everything is organized so you can follow the process in order.

You're not trying to piece the strategy together from random posts, videos, or dispute templates. I walk you through the process from the foundation through escalation.

Client testimonial for Misty Schroeder
WHY STRATEGY MATTERS

There is a difference between sending disputes and understanding what you're doing.

My work has always been centered around strategy, understanding the full credit picture, and making decisions based on the actual facts in front of me. That's the same thinking I bring into this course.

TAUGHT BY MISTY SCHROEDER

I'm showing you the reasoning behind what I do.

I'm Misty Schroeder, founder of All Roads Lead to Credit and creator of the dispute strategy taught throughout this course.

My approach isn't about sending the same generic dispute letter to every company. I look at the facts, identify what happened, match the applicable consumer law, document the response, and let that determine what comes next.

That's the part of the process I'm teaching you here.
